Paul Schlegel
Paul Schlegel was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986. His focus is estate planning, probate law and trust administration. He is a former Hillsboro Inlet District Commissioner and serves on the board of directors of the Hillsboro Shores Improvement Association where he also served as President for over 10 years. Additionally, Paul was also a longtime board member of The Poverello Center in Wilton Manors.

Graciela Livingston
Gracie was a licensed title insurance agent for many years prior to becoming a member of the Florida Bar. She has 28 years of experience with real estate closings. Gracie’s goal is to make every transaction as easy as possible for all parties involved while ensuring her clients are fully protected. She is a member of Attorney’s Real Estate Council of Broward County, Inc. and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Broward Attorneys’ Real Estate Council.
Tammy Tillman – Office Manager/Title Processor
Tammy has been a licensed title insurance agent with the state of Florida since 2006. She has 24 years of title processing experience and she is committed to providing outstanding client service and maintaining an excellent working relationship with lenders and real estate brokers. Tammy is a retired Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman and is a Veteran of foreign wars, including Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom. She is currently a member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services’ PAC (Paralegal Affiliate Council).
Cyndi Brimlow – Title Processor
Cyndi is a native South Floridian with over 15 years of experience in title processing. Cyndi enjoys assisting buyers and sellers with their transactions and strives to make the closing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She finds it very satisfying to experience the excitement of a first-time home buyer’s dream of buying their new home.
